How do I become a major food donor?
Reduce food waste, save costs, generate corporate goodwill, and make a difference in the lives of our neighbors facing food insecurity. For more information about how to become a food donor, please call the Redwood Empire Food Bank’s Food Sourcing Manager, Rachel Manning, at (707) 523-7900 ext. 112 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The Redwood Empire Food Bank sincerely thanks all our major food donors who share our commitment to ending hunger in our community. Special thanks to the food donors who helped feed our neighbors in need last year:
Major Food Donors
Range to Table
When protein is one of the most expensive items on the plate, many low-income families, seniors, and individuals go without. Sonoma County cattle ranchers, however, provide a steady source of protein for our neighbors in need by donating locally raised beef to the Redwood Empire Food Bank. Range to Table provides thousands of pounds of beef sourced from Sonoma County ranchers to high need distribution sites throughout our community.
The Redwood Empire Food Bank is there with unhesitating solutions
“Farm to Pantry applauds the innovative spirit of the Redwood Empire Food Bank in the face of incredible challenges. As need in our county is surging beyond anything we have ever known before, the Redwood Empire Food Bank is there with unhesitating solutions.
Serving 5 counties, the reach of caring is vast. The Redwood Empire Food Bank helps Farm to Pantry connect Sonoma County’s abundance with its need. No challenge has been too much—from 10,000 pounds of lemons to 35,000 pounds of apples (and more).
We appreciate the Redwood Empire Food Bank’s impact in the fight against hunger, beyond words.”
