A box of pasta can become a warm, filling meal for a family, a quick dinner for a busy parent, or a comforting dish for an older adult. For many neighbors facing food insecurity, though, even everyday essentials like pasta can be difficult to afford.

No pasta? No problem—donate dollars instead! Through our wholesale buying power, the Redwood Empire Food Bank can get a box of pasta for just 65 cents, turning your monetary gift into even more meals.
$25 = 38 boxes of pasta | $50 = 77 boxes of pasta
Where to Donate:
Find a Drop-Off Location in the Community
Food donations can be dropped off in the backside of the building at the Redwood Empire Food Bank in Santa Rosa. Drop-offs can be made Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Host a Food Collection Bin
Make hosting a food drive easy and fun! Set up a collection bin at your school, work, church, apartment complex—anywhere people gather. Spread the word to coworkers, classmates, friends, and neighbors to fill the bin with pasta donations. Once it’s full, bring it to the Redwood Empire Food Bank!

Host a Neighborhood Food Drive
Canvass your neighborhood for pasta donations with a Ding-Dong Donate food drive! Since it's October, the theme is Scare Away Hunger with pasta donations! Leave bags at your neighbors’ doors with these instructional flyers, pick up the filled bags, and bring them to the food bank.
All donations made through virtual food and fund drives are used as general funds for the purchase of the Redwood Empire Food Bank’s most needed items.
