Each year, Redwood Credit Union hosts Shred-a-Thon events in the North Bay to help people dispose of confidential paperwork and personal data. Documents are securely shredded and recycled, and e-waste is collected at most locations by Conservation Corps North Bay.

This year's event will be held at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 25 from 9am-12pm. The event is FREE but monetary donations are encouraged with contributions benefitting the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
