Instructions
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20–30 minutes
Temperature: 350°F
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare pears: Halve and core the pears. If needed, trim a small slice off the back so they sit flat in the dish.
- Season: Place pears in the baking dish. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and a small amount of oil, then sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
