We will create your team page upon registration and send you the link to review. From there, we can help you customize your page.

March 19, 2024 | Volunteer Opportunities Open

Sign up to volunteer at refb.org/volunteer. We encourage you to share this link and the information below with employees, friends, and family—when they volunteer, their hours will be counted towards your team’s total.

Once you (or other person volunteering for your team) are signed up to volunteer, please do one of the following:

1. Inform your team captain who will communicate with the Redwood Empire Food Bank to ensure your hours get logged. 

2. Reply to the volunteer confirmation email sent to you upon registration to indicate that you are participating in Food From The Bar.

March 19, 2024 | Team Coordinator Call

Team coordinators will hop on a zoom call from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the advisory committee and Redwood Empire Food Bank staff for campaign education and best practices.

May 1, 2024 | Food From The Bar Kick-Off Event

Time: 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. | Location: Redwood Empire Food Bank (3990 Brickway Blvd., Santa Rosa, CA 95403)

Coordinators and their teams are invited to gather at the Redwood Empire Food Bank to celebrate the Food From The Bar Campaign kick-off. Each team is encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations.

5-1-2024 | Food From The Bar 2023 Begins

Donation pages officially open.

5-7-2024 | Bowl and Donate

Time: 5:45 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.

Join Spaulding McCullough & Tansil LLP for our Bowl and Donate event. Sign up to bowl at 5:45 p.m. or 7:00 p.m., with optional food and drinks. 50% of bowling proceeds and 20% of food and beverage sales will benefit the Redwood Empire Food Bank. Register now!

5-13-2024 | Pool and Shuffleboard Tournament at Wagon Wheel

Time: 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Join Berry & Fritzinger, P.C. for our Pool and Shuffleboard Tournament at Wagon Wheel Bar in Santa Rosa. Points will be awarded to the top two teams in each competition. Contact Missy Romano at missy@berryfritzlaw.com to sign up.

5-31-2024 | Closing Volunteer Shift

Time: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. | Location: Redwood Empire Food Bank Warehouse (3990 Brickway Blvd., Santa Rosa, CA 95403)

Last chance for volunteer hours! All teams are invited to volunteer together in the warehouse to celebrate the end of the campaign and all of their hard work. Teams are encouraged to bring non-perishable donations.

5-31-2024 | Food From The Bar Campaign Ends

Online contribution will be accepted until midnight.

6-5-2024 | Last Call

All cash and check donations must be received by the Redwood Empire Food Bank before 4:00 p.m. to be eligible towards final team rankings and awards.
