Kitchen Collective

Kitchen volunteers

Join our team of culinary volunteers and assist Chef Don Nolan in transforming fresh, donated ingredients into complex, nutritious, heat-and-serve entrées for low-income seniors and families throughout Sonoma County.

No previous experience in the kitchen? No problem! Learn practical food-preparation and cooking skills from Chef Nolan and employ a new skillset to support this vital hunger-relief program.

The following Kitchen Collective volunteer shifts are currently available:
Monday – Friday, between 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Monday – Wednesday, between 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.

Orientations are held Monday-Friday at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm at 3990 Brickway Boulevard in Santa Rosa. Orientations can also be arranged by appointment, Monday through Thursday, at 4:00 pm.
