Groceries to Go

The Groceries to Go program provides families and households living below the poverty level a monthly offering of government commodities supplemented by the REFB’s fresh produce, bread, and donated shelf-stable groceries. There are 26 REFB operated Groceries to Go distribution sites in 15 towns throughout Sonoma County.

Program Impact

Thousands of families and individuals of all ages have access to a variety of staple pantry items, including culturally appropriate foods, and vitamin-packed, seasonal produce.

Community Reach

Groceries to Go distributes food for nearly 1.3 million meals annually, serving 8,000 individuals each month.
