Shopping at the REFB Community Marketplace
All new shoppers should make an appointment for training and a tour of the shopping area. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, contact REFB Director of Operations & Logistics, Steve Armstrong, at 707-523-7900, ext 119.
Ordering is quick and easy!
Pre-ordering allows Partner Organizations to order available items ahead of time for pick up or for their scheduled delivery time. Only items on the online ordering system or published shopping list may be ordered. Orders must be submitted by 8:00 am, one day in advance. Orders will be ready for pickup at the Logistics Office next to the Community Marketplace at your requested time, anytime between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
You can place an order one of three ways:
- Log onto our online ordering system using your agency’s username and password.
Contact our Order Coordination staff to request a login at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Print a copy of the Community Marketplace Shopping List and mark your order. Email a copy of your order to email@example.com.
- Call Marketplace Customer Service Representative, Kim Caffrey, at 707.523.7900 ext. 101 to place your order before 8:00 am, one day in advance.
